Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategicSalesforce Solution Architectto design and guide the implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams to understand requirements, define architecture, and lead delivery efforts that align with enterprise goals.Key Responsibilities:Architect End-to-End Salesforce Solutionsthat meet business needs, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and other Salesforce platforms. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using best practices. Leaddesign sessions ,technical workshops , andrequirements gatheringwith stakeholders and development teams. Definedata models, integration patterns , andsecurity architecturewithin the Salesforce platform. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, includingcode quality, data governance, DevOps,andchange management. Serve as thetechnical lead and mentorfor Salesforce developers, admins, and analysts. Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and external vendors to align Salesforce architecture with enterprise systems. Evaluate and recommendthird-party tools ,AppExchange solutions , andcustom developmentas needed. Create and maintain comprehensivearchitectural documentation . Support project estimation, scoping, and planning activities. Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.Qualifications:Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong background in architecture and solution design. Proven experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.) Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce security model. Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and tools (MuleSoft, ETL, etc.) Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.)Preferred: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (or on the path to CTA) Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Advanced Administrator, or Architect certifications. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation, BI tools).
