Job Overview :


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Python Automation Tester to join our QA team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python-based automation, API testing, and BDD frameworks. If you're passionate about automation and eager to contribute to a high-performance testing team, we'd love to hear from Skills :


Python Programming :

- Minimum 3+ years of real-time experience in Python scripting and automation.
API Automation :

- Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or Python-based libraries (e.g., requests, httpx, etc.).


BDD (Behavior Driven Development) :

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using BDD frameworks like Behave or Cucumber with Python.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Python.

- Design, implement, and execute API test cases.

- Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product managers to understand requirements.

- Perform debugging and troubleshooting for failed test cases and production issues.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective test coverage and documentation.

- Contribute to improving automation practices and Environment :


Languages : Python

Frameworks : Pytest, Behave/Cucumber (BDD)

Tools : Postman, PyCharm (mandatory for coding rounds)

CI/CD : Jenkins, Git

Others : Jira, Confluence, TestRail (or equivalent test management tools)
