Required Technical Skill Set:

Must-Have:

  • Works with project stakeholders to identify the support required for Test Automation activities
  • Create and manage the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing requirements
  • Assist in creating Test strategies
  • Identifies the knowledge gap and helps in bridging those by providing training and learning documents
  • Performs POCs on testing tools and publish success criterias
  • Provide training to team on Tools, Programming languages and DevOps setup
  • Reviews test scripts developed by team and provide the feedback
  • Works with Tech architects and testers to define the test environment needs and availability
  • Identify and publish the Test metrics /KPIs to track the test progress and maturity
