Proclink - Full Stack Developer - Ruby on Rails/AngularJS

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Design, develop, and implement full-stack features using modern web technologies (Angular, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails).

- Build and manage high-performance and scalable applications using SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory databases (experience with Postgres preferred).

- Leverage cloud platforms (ideally AWS) to deploy, manage, and optimize web applications on the cloud.

- Utilize version control systems (Git) to manage code changes and collaborate effectively with the team.

- Apply software development principles, design patterns, and best practices to write clean and maintainable code.

- Deliver software solutions using Agile methodologies, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Implement robust monitoring systems with clear metrics and alerts to ensure application performance and reliability.

- Analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and debug code effectively.

- Work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing.

- Embrace new technologies and stay current with the ever-evolving web development landscape.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong track record of success.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails development.

- 3+ years of experience working with SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory databases (Postgres experience preferred).

- 3+ years of experience utilizing cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS).

- Familiarity with Git version control systems.

- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Experience delivering software using Agile, lean, and iterative development methodologies.

- Experience building observable systems with robust monitoring and alerting systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
