About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Motion Graphics Artist with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in a production environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels at crafting high-quality visual content that enhances storytelling across video and digital formats. You'll collaborate closely with directors, editors, producers, and designers to bring concepts to life through motion, animation, and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and animate high-end motion graphics for video content including explainer videos, product demos, promos, and branding packages.
  • Interpret briefs and storyboards to develop visually engaging animations aligned with brand and messaging.
  • Collaborate with video editors and creative leads to integrate motion graphics into live-action and mixed-media projects.
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Use visual effects, compositing, and animation techniques to enhance production quality.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input during pre-production and post-production phases.
  • Maintain project organization including file structures, versioning, and asset management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in motion graphics, preferably in a production or post-production environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and color theory.
  • Familiarity with video codecs, compression formats, and post-production workflows.
  • Strong storytelling abilities and visual sensibility.
  • Able to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with sound design or audio syncing.
  • Knowledge of scripting/expressions in After Effects.
  • Experience working in broadcast or advertising environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Frame.io.
