The ideal candidate will serve as the go-to technical leader, ensuring the platform aligns with business goals while maintaining scalability, security, and Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and development of the ServiceNow ITSM module.

- Translate business needs into technical solutions using best practices within the ServiceNow platform.

- Define and document architecture blueprints, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.

- Provide hands-on development, configuration, and administration of ServiceNow, including custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and catalog items.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and support teams to ensure alignment and proper integration with other IT systems.

- Oversee platform upgrades, patching, and new feature adoption, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ITSM processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.

- Drive platform governance and adherence to ServiceNow development and security standards.

- Mentor junior developers and Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with at least 4 years in an architectural or lead role.

- Deep expertise in ITSM modules : Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge.

- Strong understanding of CMDB and ITOM integration.

- Proven experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), REST/SOAP integrations, and automation.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM required.

- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics is a plus.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent experience.

- Exposure to other modules such as ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, or CSM.

- Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.

- Experience in multi-vendor, global enterprise environments.
