- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.

- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
