Greetings from Peoplefy About the Role We are looking for aIT Application Engineerwith strong expertise inApigee Hybrid,Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), andKubernetes-based environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting complex API management and middleware systems, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high availability and performance of production platforms.Experience: 3-15 years Location - Pune Work Mode - HybridJob Description:Must have skills: Apigee Hybrid SRE- Support, Monitoring, Troubleshooting Middleware support Knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS, OpenShift) Mentoring experience Understanding of API security protocols (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT) and networking fundamentals. Troubleshooting DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).Key asks for the role: This is a Senior Support Engineer–type role. We need candidates with at least some experience in Apigee Hybrid. (APIGEE Edge doesn’t run on Kuberentes hence,APIGEE Hybrid is required) In addition, candidates should have experience in SRE-related tasks, such as monitoring the health of applications/platform-like pods are up and running? (using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana), performing Complex L2/L3 troubleshooting, and fixing issues.
