BMC TrueSight Developer Experience
At Tata Consultancy Services, we are seeking an experienced BMC TrueSight Developer to join our team in Pune or Chennai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration and administration of BMC TrueSight Suite, including TSIM, TSOM, TSPS, and Patrol. They will also support TrueSight integrations, utilizing their ITIL knowledge and Remedy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and administer BMC TrueSight Suite, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Design and implement Event Management and Monitoring configurations, providing proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Develop and maintain TrueSight (mrl) alert handling solutions, leveraging automation tools like Orchestration.
- Support Application Monitoring tools, such as Synthetic, Dynamics, New Relic, and DataDog, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Maintain server support knowledge, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of BMC TrueSight Suite, including TSIM, TSOM, TSPS, and Patrol.
- Experience with ITIL framework and Remedy incident management.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining TrueSight (mrl) alert handling solutions.
- Familiarity with Automation tools, such as TrueSight Orchestration.
- Knowledge of Server Support, including Linux/Unix operating systems.
