The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in safety audits, compliance management, and risk prevention within a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with statutory safety, health, and environmental regulations.Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions.Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective measures.Develop and implement safety programs, SOPs, and emergency response plans.Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.Identify and assess workplace hazards (HIRA) and ensure effective control measures.Lead fire and evacuation mock drills and ensure the readiness of emergency systems.Maintain documentation of audits, trainings, and statutory compliance records.Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies during inspections.Promote and strengthen a culture of safety and continuous improvement.What We're Looking ForStrong understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.Experience in compliance audits, risk management, and documentation.Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating across departments.Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup preferred.Why Join Oswal Pumps Limited?At Oswal, we believe safety is not just a policy — it's a culture.
