You will work closely with our creative and copy teams to develop campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing collaterals that stand out and deliver results.***PLEASE INCLUDE AN UPDATED PORTFOLIO WITH YOUR APPLICATION***Key Responsibilities- Develop visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns, digital, print, and social media. - Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives while staying true to brand guidelines. - Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns. - Deliver designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life. - Explore and experiment with new design styles, trends, and techniques to keep work fresh. - Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables. - Guide and mentor junior designers where needed, sharing feedback and design best practices. - Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.Requirements- 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setup). - The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with strong speaking and writing skills. - Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus). - Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles. - Ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly. - A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality. - Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.Nice to have- Motion graphics / basic animation skills. - Experience working on digital-first campaigns. - Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
