Description:About the jobStriim, (pronounced stream with two is for integration and intelligence), is a unified data integration and streaming platform that connects clouds, data, and applications with unprecedented speed and simplicity to deliver the right data at the right time.Striim is used by enterprise companies to monitor events across any environment, build applications that drive digital transformation, and leverage true real-time analytics to provide a superior experience to their customers.At our company, we believe and expect all of our employees to operate as one with unlimited potential and Solution Architect (PSA) is a senior customer-facing technical leader as well as part of the Center of Excellence (COE) who owns enterprise solution design, architectural governance, and strategic technical direction for high-value customers.This role blends deep expertise in real-time streaming architectures, data integration patterns, and modern AI/agentic capabilities with strong storytelling and business alignment.You will work closely with enterprise architects, CDO/CTO stakeholders, product teams, and field engineering to define scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that maximize customer Architecture & Technical Leadership- Serve as the strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers adopting real-time streaming, CDC pipelines, AI-driven data automation, and multi-cloud integrations.- Architect complex end-to-end solutions leveraging streaming platforms, operational databases, cloud data warehouses/lakehouses, and agentic AI capabilities.- Conduct architecture deep dives, whiteboarding sessions, and POCs to accelerate customer adoption.Design & Governance- Define reference architectures, design frameworks, deployment standards, and best practices for real-time data movement and AI-driven workflows.- Review solution designs created by regional architects and ensure alignment with technical and security standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner closely with Product Management & Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on enterprise customer needs.- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure seamless solution delivery across the customer lifecycle.Thought Leadership & Evangelism- Represent the company as a technical authority in external forums, conferences, webinars, and enterprise workshops.- Produce architectural blueprints, best-practice guides, and technical whitepapers.AI & Agentic Innovation- Drive adoption of agentic AI components across customer workflows: automated pipeline generation, data quality agents, anomaly detection, and autonomous remediation patterns.- Define scalable patterns for integrating LLMs, vector stores, and AI-driven decisioning into real-time streaming architectures.Requirements :- 20+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data Engineering, or Platform Engineering within enterprise-scale environments.- Deep expertise with real-time streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka, Kafka Connect, Flink, Spark Streaming, CDC technologies).- Strong understanding of data modernization and integration patterns involving cloud warehouses/lakehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, etc.- Hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.- Knowledge of LLMs, vector embeddings, AI inferencing workflows, or agent-orchestrated architectures is highly desirable.- Proven ability to lead technical conversations with C-level, enterprise architects, and engineering leaders.- Strong commanding verbal communication, technical writing, and whiteboarding skills.- Experience with real-time ingestion from enterprise sources like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SAP, and mainframe environments.- Exposure to cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.- Prior experience building or deploying agentic AI applications, AI copilots, or autonomous pipeline orchestration would be a plus- Ability to mentor junior architects and influence organizational technical direction.Benefits :- Competitive salary and pre-IPO stock options- Comprehensive health care plans for employees and family members.- Gratuity Plan as per the India Gratuity Act- Paid Time Off (Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Casual and generous public /bank holidays)- Employee Wellness Programs: Access to free online Yoga classes, Gym membership reimbursements, Employee Wellness Assistance Program- Sodexo Meal Program- Internet reimbursement program- Group Term Life Insurance- Paid Maternity and Paternity leave- The chance to contribute to and shape an upbeat, fully engaged culture (ref:hirist.tech)
