Job Title: Compensation Analyst (APAC)Location: Bengaluru, KarnatakaRole Summary: Serve as the APAC compensation specialist, managing pay programs, salary planning, job architecture, and rewards initiatives to ensure competitiveness and compliance across multiple countries.Key Responsibilities:Act as primary compensation contact for HR and business leaders.Lead annual compensation planning in Workday, including configuration, testing, and payroll coordination.Maintain job architecture and salary structures for internal equity and market competitiveness.Conduct salary surveys, analyze market data, and deliver insights to leadership.Manage global Rewards & Recognition programs and benefits-in-kind.Ensure data integrity and reporting in Workday with HRIS collaboration.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.7–8 years’ experience in compensation/HR within APAC.Strong analytics, survey tools, job evaluation (WTW GGS), Excel & PowerPoint skills.Preferred: Workday experience, project management, excellent communication skills.
