Position: Chartered Accountant / CA Intern / MBA (Finance) Trainee – Full-time, On-Site (Pune)Company: CIAN Healthcare Ltd. – A leading pharmaceutical organization with pan-India presence and a diversified brand portfolio.Location: Pune – Office-based roleAbout the RoleWe are looking to build a strong finance team and have multiple openings:- CA Qualified / CA Fresher - MBA (Finance) / CA InternYou will handle financial operations, prepare statements, lead internal audits, ensure compliance, perform forecasting, and provide financial insights to management.Key Responsibilities- Manage financial operations including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closings. - Prepare financial statements under applicable standards. - Conduct internal audits, identify risks, recommend controls. - Ensure regulatory compliance (tax, GST, company law, etc.). - Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning. - Collaborate with operations, procurement, sales, and senior management.Qualifications & Experience- CA qualified or CA fresher / MBA (Finance) / CA Intern. /CA semi qualified - Exposure to financial operations, reporting or audit (internship or training period accepted). - Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulation. - Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, problem-solving. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not mandatory.What We Offer- Salary: ₹ 6 to 9 lakhs per annum, based on qualification, internships, and performance. - Great opportunity to work in a high-growth pharma company with a strong team and career advancement. - Full-time, on-site in Pune with strong support and infrastructure.How to ApplySend your latest resume, one-page cover letter, and your expected CTC to:smith@cian.cohrd@cian.cohrd@cian.coFor any queries: WHATSAPP - 7620742114
