We’re Hiring: Service Head (Commercial/Heavy Vehicle Industry)

We are seeking a seasoned Service Head with expertise in the Commercial Vehicle/Heavy Vehicle sector to lead our service operations and drive excellence. If you have a strong technical and commercial background with leadership capabilities, this opportunity is for you

Position Details:

• Designation: Manager/Senior Manager
• Qualification: Graduate in Engineering (MBA preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years in the heavy vehicle or related industry
• Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual business planning and review performance metrics for service and parts.
• Oversee accounts receivable, customer satisfaction, and warranty claims management.
• Expand service infrastructure and manage inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
• Handle escalations, post-sales service, and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team through effective people management.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of P&L management and the commercial vehicle market.
• Technical expertise in heavy vehicles and commercial acumen.
• Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage complex relationships.
