We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Lead with a strong background in Microservices architecture and enterprise-level software development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building high-quality, scalable software and collaborating in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Java and Microservices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

- Perform unit testing and ensure code quality through code reviews.

- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to story sizing, prioritization, and technical documentation.

- Provide on-call and warranty support post-deployment.

- Continuously improve application performance and stability.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development.

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java and Microservices.

- At least 2 years of experience in Team handling.

- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Java, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML.

- Experience with CI/CD tools, Unix/Linux, and Agile methodologies.

- Familiarity with tools like Rally or similar project tracking systems.

- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
