Job Description:

· Professional Bachelor\master degree, with an HCM/ICT background

· Bright, ability to rapidly pick-up new technologies, propositions and business areas

· In depth knowledge of SAP-HCM modules (for instance: PA, PY, Time, OM, ESS/MSS)

· Strong working knowledge of basic domestic employment laws and regulations for NL, Germany and UK and the ability to learn new laws related to global operations

· Excellent communication skills, written, oral, and interpersonal, in Dutch/English and German

· Strong reading skills

· Ability to handle confidential information including all applicable compliance issues in relation to relevant HCM regulations.

· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Enthusiastic, flexible and creative team player

· Must be proactive and be able to function independently

· Must be able to work under pressure and in times of stress

· Must be able to improvise if necessary

Main Functional activities on HCM:

· Broad technical appreciation - including ALL key SAP functionality and technology

· Work with HR data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities

· Outcome oriented - maximizing balance of effort vs benefit to achieve objectives

· Design and implementation of full solutions ( Including testing and UAT Support)

· Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues

· Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.

· In depth knowledge of SAP-HCM modules (PA, PY, Time, OM, ESS/MSS)

· Maintain process documentation for HR processes & tasks

· Support the HR power users and work with KSA CoE to solve technical issues regarding Master Data and Data inconsistence.

· Continuous improvement - Inquisitive - self teaching of relevant new business thinking and technology solutions.
