Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves overseeing the administration & quality management of Patient care through 

delivery of high-quality dialysis care, guiding & mentoring dialysis technicians & nurses, empowering patients through knowledge 


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines related to hemodialysis treatment.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews of clinical and administrative processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Collaborate with the medical team, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.

- Develop and maintain quality performance indicators and metrics to track and monitor the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.

- Lead and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement committees and meetings.

- Train and educate staff on quality assurance principles, standards, and best practices.

- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, complaints, and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.

- Prepare and submit reports on quality assurance activities and outcomes to management and regulatory agencies.


Selection Criterion:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing / Dialysis Management with Certification in quality management

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dialysis assurance management working at reputed hemodialysis treatment centers.

- Hands-on expertise as Dialysis Technician / Nurse undertaking dialysis on different brands of hemodialysis machines and RO systems.

- Knowledge of Dialysis / RO / Infection control management and regulatory requirements and standards related 

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with expertise in digital data management through Microsoft package

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
