TVS Digital is a part of TVS Holdings and has also currently invested in several early-stage high tech start-ups globally in areas of connected manufacturing, fleet management and credit services.Job Description:Role Overview We are seeking an experiencedo9 Consultantto join our digital supply chain transformation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes coupled withhands-on technical expertisein configuring and customizing the o9 platform. This role will be instrumental in translating business requirements into scalable o9 solutions that drive planning efficiency, visibility, and performance. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain planning requirements across demand, supply, and inventory planning domains. Translate business processes into o9 solution designs and configurations. Perform hands-on configuration of o9 modules, including data modeling, workflow setup, UI design, and integration mappings. Customize o9 features to align with unique client requirements and business logic. Support system testing, UAT, and deployment of o9 platform solutions. Partner with technical teams for data integration and performance tuning. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancement recommendations. Create functional and technical documentation for solution design and configuration. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in o9 platform utilization. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ yearsof experience in supply chain planning, with at least2+ years working on the o9 platform. Strong understanding of core supply chain processes: demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, etc. Provenhands-on experiencein o9 platform setup, configuration, and customization — including modeler configuration, planning workflows, and dashboard creation. Familiarity with o9 data integration tools and APIs (preferred). Ability to troubleshoot configuration and data flow issues. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience with other planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
