Position Overview:


We are looking for an experienced Content Strategy Manager who will be responsible for working on Movie content (Hindi) and executing content strategies. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Youtube and monetisation strategies of movies on Youtube.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs and preferences offerings accordingly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients,
  • Collaborate with rights holders to resolve copyright issues.


2. Content Strategy & Planning:

  • Create detailed content calendars and schedules for the YouTube channel, ensuring a consistent and timely release of content.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and adjust content plans as needed to optimize engagement and viewership.
  • Stay updated with YouTube's policies and guidelines regarding copyright and community standards,

3. Content Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion for the South Dubbed Content market.
  • Monitor the performance of dubbed content on different channels. Analyze key metrics such as viewership, retention, and audience feedback to assess content effectiveness


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content strategy and preferably in YouTube.
  • Deep understanding of Movies and Star cast.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive content strategy decisions.
  • Familiarity with YouTube's platform, policies, and tools for content management, monetization, and rights administration.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with Editor teams, including legal, content operations, Digital marketing.
