  • To assist in the corporate tax compliances and reporting requirements for India – including corporate tax returns of all group companies across geographies, withholding and advance tax compliance process, tax payment calculations, deferred tax calculations, and technical analysis in support of audit issues.
  • To assist in compiling of details for conclusion of Tax Audits and Transfer Pricing Audits for all group companies
  • To assist in periodic compliances like the payment of equalization levy, quarterly computation and payment of advance taxes, filing of quarterly TDS statements etc.
  • To assist in ensuring compliance to WHT on foreign payments including coordinating for 15 CB/CA certificates.
  • To Support and assist with the quarterly tax accounting and reporting. This includes the calculation and tracking of quarterly / year-end transfer pricing corrections, direct tax exposures, deferred tax calculations etc
  • To assist in handling Tax Assessments - Corporate Income-tax and Transfer Pricing Assessments before multiple Appellate Authorities [DRP, CIT(A), Tribunal, High Court etc.] by interacting with the consultation and advocates
