The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about design and eager to make an impact. You'll be responsible for creating high-quality ad creatives and marketing assets—both for Socioh's internal campaigns and for our clients (primarily based in the US).

What You'll Do

  • Design compelling ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram
  • Create marketing assets such as banners, social media graphics, advertising collateral, blog images, website assets, mockups, etc
  • Work closely with our success, production, and client teams to meet creative goals
  • Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution
  • Ensure consistency with Socioh's and client's brand and visual identity

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or similar field
  • 3-5 years of professional Graphic Design experience (preferably in digital marketing or advertising)
  • Excellent typography skills
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, especially for social media
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma, or equivalent tools
  • Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Good communication skills and openness to feedback
  • Strong work ethic and adherence to tight deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Motion design/video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe AfterEffects)
  • Knowledge of UI Design
  • Familiarity with performance marketing or social media advertising
