For corporations, we offer upskilling and reskilling solutions to boost productivity and develop a robust talent supply chain.Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Associate to join our dynamic content development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various content-related tasks, including curriculum development, content creation, PPT designing, and faculty sourcing and coordination. The role requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: 1. PPT Designing: o Develop visually engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations for academic and corporate content. o Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that the content is accurately and effectively represented. o Utilize design tools and templates to create compelling slides that enhance the learning experience.2. Faculty Sourcing and Coordination: o Identify and source qualified faculty members for various academic programs. o Coordinate with faculty to manage schedules, agreements, and content delivery timelines. o Assist in the onboarding process of new faculty members, ensuring they are familiar with the content guidelines and delivery expectations.3. Curriculum Development: o Develop detailed syllabuses, self-learning materials (SLMs), question banks, and teaching materials for various subjects. o Ensure that the curriculum is aligned with the educational standards and the learning objectives of the program. o Work closely with academic experts to create comprehensive and effective learning resources.4. Content Creation: o Write clear, concise, and comprehensive content that is age-appropriate, engaging, and easily understandable for students pursuing higher education studies. o Adapt content to meet the specific needs of different programs and audiences. o Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and quality across all materials.5. Research: o Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content. o Stay updated with curriculum changes, educational trends, and best practices in content development. o Use research findings to inform and enhance content creation and curriculum development.6. Assessment Material: o Create assessment questions, quizzes, and exercises to evaluate students' understanding of the concepts covered. o Design assessments that align with the learning outcomes of the curriculum. o Review and update assessment materials regularly to ensure they meet current standards and requirements.7. Project Management: o Track and manage the progress of content development projects, ensuring deadlines are met. o Communicate effectively with team members, faculty, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. o Maintain organized records of all content-related activities, including faculty contracts, schedules, and feedback.8. Quality Assurance: o Review and provide feedback on content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the project's goals. o Assist in conducting quality checks on final content deliverables before release.9. Collaboration and Communication: o Work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality content. o Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving content processes and outputs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Design, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in content development, instructional design, or a similar role. Proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sourcing and coordinating with faculty or external experts is a plus. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is an advantage.Key Competencies: Creativity and design thinking. Strong organizational and project management skills.
