Post: Manager - Audit and Tax

Job Responsibilities:
  • Independently finalization of books of account
  • Independently handling statutory and internal audit
  • Expertise into CARO, IFC, Tax audits, ICDS and all applicable corporate taxation
  • Preparation of Financial Statements of Companies (Schedule III).
  • Preparation of Statutory Audit Report and Notes to Account as per IGAAP.
  • Knowledge of TDS, GST and Professional Tax Compliances.
  • Preparation of personal and business tax returns.
  • Handling of Income Tax litigation matters.
  • Preparation of Tax Audit Report U/s. 44AB, 3CEB, etc
Location- Baner, Pune
Immediate Joiner preferred
