Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced AEM Technical Architect to lead and deliver Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms, along with strong skills in backend and frontend technologies. This role requires a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable AEM architectures, managing client interactions, and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of AEM-based solutions (Sites, Assets, and Forms).

- Develop and customize AEM components using Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, JCR Queries, Sightly (HTL), and Sling Models.

- Oversee AEM deployments, migrations, workflows, replication, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, designers, and developers, to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Implement best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability in AEM solutions.

- Drive CI/CD implementation using tools like Maven and Jenkins.

- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support consulting engagements.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver timely solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software development with significant expertise in AEM.

- Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms deployment & migration.

- Proficiency in Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, JCR Queries, Sightly (HTL), and Sling Models.

- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies: jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.

- Solid background in backend development using Java EE, JSP, and related frameworks.

- Experience with build and deployment tools such as Maven and Jenkins.

- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, workflows, dispatcher configuration, and performance management.

- Excellent problem-solving, client-handling, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple consulting engagements.
