Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team in Hyderabad or Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customizing, configuring, and developing solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform (CE/F&O/Power Platform). You will be responsible for implementing high-quality, scalable, and extensible solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using:
  • C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Plugins, Custom Workflows, Web Resources
  • Configure and customize entities, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows
  • Build and maintain Power Platform solutions – Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Integrate D365 with third-party systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, etc.
  • Participate in full SDLC: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Create technical documentation including solution design, data models, and deployment guides
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodology

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM / F&O development
  • Strong command over C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Experience with Power Platform – Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Power Automate
  • Good understanding of Dataverse, security roles, and solution management
  • Familiarity with Azure services – Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, writing queries, and stored procedures
  • Experience using DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git) for version control and CI/CD
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize legacy code

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (X++) development (optional)
  • Microsoft Certifications: PL-400, MB-500, MB-600, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Power Pages / D365 Portals
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Previous experience working with global teams or large enterprise clients

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
