Job Summary:

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 5-6 years of PQE, preferably in Banking, FEMA (for import and export of goods), and Direct Tax Compliance, to manage and oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires expertise in tax laws, regulatory frameworks, and financial risk management to ensure smooth operations and compliance with statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Tax Planning & Compliance: Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws, including

corporate tax, GST, TDS, and transfer pricing regulations.

 Banking Compliance: Collaborate with Banking institutes to manage forex transactions and

ensuring on time compliance with the FEMA norms and highlighting challenges, if any.

 EXIM Compliance: Handle Export-Import (EXIM) regulations, including custom duties, FEMA

compliance, and documentation for international trade transactions.

 Advance Authorization / Duty Drawback: Filing and ensuring compliance on Advance

Authorization / Duty Drawback for exemption /refund on duty and GST payments on imports of

goods for exports.

 GST Refund: Filing of GST refunds under inverted duty structure and exports of goods.

 Regulatory Filings: Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS returns, GST filings, and other statutory financial submissions including RBI compliances.

 Risk Management: Identify and mitigate tax risks by staying updated with evolving tax laws and

regulatory changes.

 Audit & Assessment: Coordinate with auditors for tax audits, internal audits, and statutory audits to ensure smooth financial assessments.

 Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices for tax efficiency, compliance, and

financial reporting.

Qualifications:

 Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience.

 Strong knowledge of Banking, EXIM policies, and Direct Taxation.

 Experience in managing compliance for international trade and taxation.

 Proficiency in financial planning, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment.

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.

 Strong communication skills for liaising with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
