This role is ideal for professionals who excel in global travel coordination, visa management, and stakeholder communication.If you can manage high-volume, multi-country travel with precision and efficiency — this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities✈️ Global Travel Coordination- Plan & manage end-to-end domestic and international travel itineraries. - Handle bookings, rebooking, cancellations & vendor negotiations. - Ensure policy compliance and cost-optimized travel planning. - Prepare detailed travel briefs, local guidance, and travel advisories.Accommodation & Stay Management- Arrange hotels, serviced apartments, and extended-stay accommodations. - Negotiate corporate rates and maintain preferred vendor databases. - Ensure all arrangements meet safety, comfort & budget standards.Visa & Immigration Handling- Manage the complete visa lifecycle: documentation to stamping. - Coordinate with embassies, consulates & authorized visa partners. - Maintain updated knowledge of country-specific visa laws. - Track expiry dates and ensure 100% compliance.Stakeholder Communication- Liaise with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors. - Support urgent, last-minute, and executive travel requirements. - Provide clear, timely updates on itinerary changes and approvals.Documentation & Reporting- Maintain accurate travel logs, expense trackers & monthly reports. - Prepare audit-ready documents and ensure statutory compliance. - Monitor travel budgets and highlight cost-saving opportunities.What You BringTechnical Expertise- Strong knowledge of global visa processes & immigration norms. - Solid understanding of corporate travel policies & insurance.Core Competencies- Excellent coordination & communication skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. - Strong negotiation, multitasking, and problem-solving ability. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.Eligibility- 5–10 years of experience in corporate travel, visa coordination, or travel logistics. - Experience supporting multinational teams or senior leadership is a plus.Walk-In Drive DetailsDate: 22nd November 2025⏰ Time: 10 am - 2 pmVenue: Level 6 – 6A, Lotus Nilkamal Business Park , Dalia Industrial Estate , New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai – 400053Location Link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/xe8D5YvsMGG4HHeN8Contact Name: Steeven FernandesContact No: +91 8452047696Please carry:- Updated CV - Photo ID - Experience documents (if available)
