The intern will gain hands-on exposure to real-world projects involving software development, process improvement, and client interaction.This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in business analysis, product management, or consulting.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & Analysis • Assist in gathering business requirements from stakeholders • Participate in client discussions, internal meetings, and workshops • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirementsDocumentation • Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases • Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and functional notes • Ensure requirements are clearly documented and version-controlledStakeholder & Team Coordination • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams • Clarify requirements for developers and QA teams • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activitiesTesting & Validation Support • Assist in UAT planning and execution • Validate developed features against business requirements • Support defect triage and requirement clarificationsRequired Skills & QualificationsEducation • Pursuing or completed MBA / BE / BTech / MCA / MSc (IT) or related fieldCore Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and documentation skills • Ability to understand business processes and workflows • Attention to detail and logical thinkingPreferred Skills (Good to Have) • Basic knowledge of SDLC & Agile/Scrum • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, Balsamiq • Understanding of wireframes, workflows, and user journeys • Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis conceptsWhat You Will Gain • Hands-on exposure to live client and internal projects • Experience in requirement analysis and stakeholder communication • Strong foundation for BA / Product Owner / Product Manager roles • Internship certificate and potential full-time opportunity
