Cvent has received many awards and honors recognizing our strong company culture, innovative products, stellar customer service and support, visionary leadership and investment in our employees.About the role:Efficiently drive end‑to‑end transition of Client Services systems, data and processes from an acquired/merged company’s systems into Cvent’s stack.Core responsibilities include planning, mapping, extraction, cleansing, validation, cutover orchestration, and change management for Client Services data domains such as Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Opportunities, Projects and related objects in Salesforce (Customer Support), with adjacency to Gainsight (Customer Success) and Certinia/FinancialForce (Professional Services).We seek a specialist who can project manage post-merger data migration, integration and other transformation projects for Client Services. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and should be able to work independently with little and no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized in project management, flexible and enjoy ambiguous problem solving.The resource should be comfortable working within tight timelines, remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The role requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are key success factors.Work Hours: East Coast ShiftIn This Role, You Will:- Partner with IT, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Post Merger Integration leadership to understand acquisition thesis and its impacts on Client Services. - Create migration project plan for Client services, and develop ad hoc analysis, partnering with the business on value drivers. - Organize, maintain, and disseminate metrics and variance analysis in support of synergies. - Analyze operational performance, metrics and trends, to influence appropriate action to ensure financial results and objectives are maximized. - Identify risks and interdependencies early (e.g., system integration, new tool adoption, data volume/quality challenges) and drive mitigation plans through program governance. - Manage other integration efforts including business transformation and systems integration through project & change management. - Understand and document current working process in detail (review, document and assess critical business processes) and facilitate process workshops to identify gaps and recommend improvements. - Facilitate training sessions in collaboration with business and L&D for migrated data and process adoption. - Perform other duties as assignedCandidate Requisites:- Experience of 5-7 years with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in post-merger integration, data migration, M&A and/or business transformation. - Hands‑on experience with enterprise grade systems/platforms and data orchestration patterns. Knowledge of Salesforce data models and migration best practices; familiarity with Gainsight and Certinia is a plus. - Strong understanding on financial concepts and financial reporting. - Strong program and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align PMO, IT, Sales, Marketing teams around shared outcomes and timelines. - Master’s degree in business administration or similar field. - Stakeholder Management & Client Engagement. - Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and functions. - Extremely adaptable with “out of the box thinking” dedicated to efficient productivity. - Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive‑ready updates and decision materials. - Strong knowledge of MS Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Exposure towards other enterprise grade applications like JIRA, Zoom, Box, Wrike, Smartsheet etc. is preferred.
