Senior Structural Engineer – Design Lead

BIM Structural Solutions is looking to further broaden its business portfolio and provide Structural Connection design and Construction Engineering in order to support their Tekla detailing team and their Key Clients on prominent international projects. We are therefore looking for a Senior Structural Engineer – Design Lead for our Bangalore office. He will lead a team of 5-10 Design Engineers.

Qualifications:

-MSc in Civil Engineering from a prominent University

-Professional experience of minimum 10-15 years on complex international projects with similar scope.

-Fluent in English

-Good teamwork and interpersonal skills with the strong capability to lead a team of engineers

-Knowledge of structural calculation software ETABS / Sap / MS Office / AutoCad

-Knowledge of Steel Connection design software Idea StatiCa

-Knowledge of Eurocodes, ASCE, ACI and AISC, as well as readiness to master other international regulations for the design of building structures.

-Proficiency in Imperial units design will be an advantage.

-Remuneration – competetive salary will commensurate with experience.
