You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the best minds serving insurance customers in US, UK and Canadian markets.ResponsibilitiesFollowing are the day-to-day work activities:- Design, develop, and configure Guidewire applications such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. - Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs. - Write and debug code using Java, GOSU, and SQL. - Leverage GitHub Copilot and Generative AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance productivity. - Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure solution quality. - Provide support for QA and production environments. - Analyze and resolve complex software issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. - Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable. - Identify and implement process improvements and best practices. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and management throughout the development lifecycle.RequirementsThe must have requirements are:- 3–10 years of hands-on implementation experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite. - Proficiency in Gosu, Java, XML, and XSLT. - Experience with Guidewire Studio, Rules, Workflows, and Data Model. - Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines. - Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI pair programming tools. - Understanding of Generative AI concepts and their application in software development. - Familiarity with SmartCOMM, GhostDraft, or similar document generation platforms. - Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance, including both commercial and personal lines. - Experience with Agile tools like Jira and version control systems like SVN. - Strong conceptual, analytical, and mathematical skills.Good To HaveCandidates with these extra skills on their resumes have an added advantage while getting their profile assessed.
