Job Title: Manager / Deputy Manager - Brand Approval

Location: Delhi / Mumbai

Experience : 5-12 Years (Steel / Construction / Infrastructure / Fire-Safety sector)

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead Brand/Product Approval initiatives for our ERW Pipes Division. The role demands proven expertise in securing approvals from Government bodies, PSUs, State PSUs, Private Companies, Consultants, and Authorities. The ideal candidate will drive approval strategies, foster strong relationships, and align efforts with corporate goals for sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Secure brand and product approvals from Government, PSU, State PSU, Private Companies, MEP Consultants, Fire Fighting Departments, and Project Authorities

- Develop and execute strategies to expand brand presence in large infrastructure and construction projects

- Liaise and build strong networks with consultants, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across sectors

- Drive approval processes ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to support brand approval initiatives

- Monitor competitor activities and identify new opportunities for brand positioning and approvals

- Prepare and present approval status reports and market intelligence to senior management

- Ensure timely execution of brand approval strategies aligned with business objectives

- Lead initiatives to strengthen market credibility and enhance brand acceptance across sectors

Required Skillsets:

- Strong knowledge of brand/product approval processes in Steel, Construction, Infrastructure, and Fire-Safety sectors

- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and liaison skills

- Strategic planning and execution capabilities

- Strong understanding of government tendering, project approval norms, and compliance frameworks

- Ability to influence decision-makers and consultants for brand advocacy

- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Analytical skills to track approval progress and competitor landscape

- Leadership ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
