About the Program:
The Bhumi Fellowship is a full-time paid two-year programdesigned to develop educational changemakers to lead the next movement in the public education system. Centred around the holistic development of children, the Bhumi fellowship helps build an ecosystem within the school, to enable school leaders and teachers to equip students with the knowledge, adaptability, and resilience to thrive.
The Lead - Recruitment will be responsible for attracting the most suitable candidates as fellows for the Bhumi Fellowship programme. They will establish long-term partnerships with colleges across southern states for creating a pipeline of potential leaders for education.
Research, identify, and establish partnerships with colleges and universities
Conduct campus drives, participate in career fairs, and facilitate other engagements
Recruit and engage interns, Campus Ambassadors and strategize approaches to maximise effort
Support in shortlisting potential applicants as part of the recruitment process
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Willingness to travel – locally and regionally (frequently)
Good people engagement, networking and listening skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills
Self-driven with strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under stressful environment and timelines
Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
Other Information:
Scope: Full time
Remuneration: CTC 4.5 to 5.5Lpa (based on candidate profile)
Location: Chennai
Minimum commitment: Two years
