Roles and Responsibilities


  • Experience in planning domain and at least 1 - 2 full life cycles of project implementation experience in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR)
  • POSDM to POSDTA Migration experience.
  • Must have POS Data Transfer & Audit.
  • Identify and manage gaps and provide solutions within the Retail stream specific to POS Sales into POSDTA/CAR and outbound into SAP Retail/FMS/any other Legacy systems.
  • Experience in SAP CAR-DDF/UDF.
  • Experience in SAP CAR- OAA / AMR.
  • Experience in SAP CAR- Fiori Apps.
  • Promotion Management in CAR along with OPP.
  • Have excellent client facing skills.
  • Develop functional specifications, review developments and enhancements required within SAP CAR.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise for SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), HANA DB, SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Expertise with data replication between Customer Activity Repository (CAR) & ECC/S4 system using SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT).
  • Experience with SAP S4 configuration.
  • Experience in integration.
  • Strong interpersonal and Excellent Customer Service Skills (internal customer facing role).
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and experience in collaborating cross-teams.
  • Help customer to make decision around single Instance Vs Multiple instance.
  • Proactively proposing solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.
