About Pocketful (Fintech Division of Pace) :

Who are we looking for :

- Backend Developer, who is proficient in Java/Golang/C++/Python and is interested in working in Golang.

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in backend development & building scalable products

- Work on a category creating, possibly disruptive, fintech products in early stages.


- Design and develop highly scalable and reliable systems end-to-end.

- Directly work with the CTO and Founders, and be a part of product strategy.

- Self-Starter; Will be working alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for our products built in-house.

- Someone who is proficient in Dockers & Kubernetes

- Expert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.

- Familiarity with Agile development, continuous integration, and modern testing methodologies.

- Familiarity in working with Rest APIs

- Think out-of-the-box while solving problems considering the scale and changing environment variables. Quickly learn and contribute to changing technical stack


Bonus Points : Working knowledge of SQL database for a product at scale and AWS.

- Interest (and/or experience) in the financial/stock market space - interest trumps experience
