Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mendix Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new and maintaining existing Mendix applications, as well as building and maintaining WebMethods-based interfaces between Mendix and legacy systems. This role requires a strong understanding of Mendix development best practices, integration patterns, and lifecycle management activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our Mendix applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Mendix Application Development & Maintenance :

- Develop new Mendix applications based on business requirements and technical specifications.

- Maintain and enhance existing Mendix applications, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

- Design and implement complex domain models, microflows, and user interfaces.

- Develop and maintain custom widgets and native mobile applications using Mendix.

- Implement robust security measures and manage user access control.

WebMethods Integration :

- Develop and maintain WebMethods-based interfaces for seamless data exchange between Mendix applications and legacy systems.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for integration with external systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

Lifecycle Management :

- Perform lifecycle management activities on Mendix applications, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

- Manage application deployments to cloud environments (e.g., Mendix Cloud, AWS).

- Implement logging and monitoring solutions to track application performance and identify potential issues.

- Manage Mendix Datahub.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Mendix applications and WebMethods interfaces.

- Implement automated testing strategies to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Ensure proper error handling is implemented.

Technical Expertise :

- Advance Domain Model Design, IntegrationsRest, Excel Import/Export, Datahub, Email Integration.

- Complex Domain Model Design, Security Management, Advanced Xpath, Publish Rest, logging, Integration SAP, Cloud Deployment.

- Complex Microflow Design, Error handling, Building Widget, Building Native App, App Deployment, AWS Connector, Integration With Teamcenter.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates. -

- Document technical specifications and development processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in developing and maintaining Mendix applications.

- Strong understanding of Mendix development best practices and design patterns.

- Experience in integrating Mendix applications with external systems using RESTful APIs and WebMethods.

- Experience with lifecycle management activities on Mendix applications.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex domain models and microflows.

- Experience with automated testing and quality assurance practices.

- Experience with database concepts and SQL.

- Experience with cloud deployment, preferably AWS.

- Experience with SAP and Teamcenter integrations is a big plus.

Technical Skills :

- Mendix : Domain Model Design, Microflow Development, Page Design, Security Management, XPath, REST Services (Publish & Consume), Custom Widget Development, Native Mobile App Development, App Deployment, Datahub.

- Integrations : REST APIs, WebMethods, SAP Integration, Teamcenter Integration, AWS Connectors.

- Database : SQL, Data Modeling.

- Cloud : Mendix Cloud, AWS.

- Testing : Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Automated Testing.

- Other : Excel Import/Export, Email Integration, Logging.

Desired Skills :

- Mendix Advanced Developer certification.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
