Experience: 8-12 YearsJob Location: Noida/Indore/MumbaiResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer requirements, problem statements and business use cases.Document customer requirementsDesign ETL jobs, query objects, data marts, reports, and dashboards. Document technical design.Experienced in translating business requirements into design Develop and test ETL jobs, query objects, data marts, reports, and dashboardsUnderstand Customers business domain and existing database schema Design OLAP cubes, SQL reports, interactive Charts and stored procedures, functions, packages, scripts, and complex SQLs Review existing report design, database schema, SQL code and provide recommendations to enhance performance, operational aspects etc.Work closely with customers for solution fine tuning and troubleshooting production issuesEfficient in task monitoring and status reporting to senior management, customers, and stakeholdersExcellent problem analysis and resolution skills which may require debugging at OS, database, or network level, if needed Understanding of cloud deployment architecture and Big Data platforms would be added advantage (good to have skills)QualificationsHands on with Database technologies like Oracle, MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008R2 TSQL, MySQL, Postgre SQL Competent in writing efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, PL/SQLExperience in any scripting language like Java, Python, R, etc.Experience in all flavors of operating systems like Windows, Linux, Mac etc.Experienced in developing reports, dashboards and analytics using any of the contemporary reporting and BI tools like - Crystal reports, Business Objects, Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS) or Microsoft Analysis services (MSAS), Tableau, MicroStrategy, Qlik, PoweBI, SpotFireExperience in creating ETL jobs using any ETL platform like Informatica, SSIS, etc.Experience in data modeling, schema design and data mart / data warehouse designExperience in designing and implementing OLAP Cubes for slicing and dicingExperience in creating interactive BI dashboards, reports, and KPI analyticsExperience in designing and implementing Data Science (AI, ML) use cases using Python, RExperience in complete SDLC, project management concepts and Agile delivery methodologyExcellent communication skills and listening ability
