  • Your Role in our Team:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join the COO's Office within our Solar Vertical. This role will focus on optimizing process flows, providing data-driven insights to support the COO and executive team and augmenting communication between departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of operations management, preferably within the renewable energy/manufacturing sector.


  • Your core responsibilities:


  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel and dashboarding tools like Power BI to generate insights and develop comprehensive reports for the COO and senior management.
  • Transform raw data into meaningful visualizations that aid in strategic decision-making and performance tracking.


  • MIS Development: Design and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to track key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Ensuring relevant data is readily accessible, enabling informed decision-making and timely identification of areas for improvement.


  • Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects and initiatives led by the COO.
  • Defining project scopes, managing timelines, and ensuring that deliverables align with strategic goals and objectives.


  • Production Oversight: Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues PV solar module manufacturing plants, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze production data, identifying bottlenecks, & implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency.


  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify execution gaps, facilitate project updates, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Drive initiatives to strategize and synergize teams to ensure optimal outcomes.


  • Insight Generation: Provide actionable, data-backed recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze trends, synthesize information, and present findings to help shape business strategies and operational enhancements.


  • Process Optimization: Enhance operational processes across Solar EPC, IPP, and manufacturing units to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify inefficiencies, formulate best practices, and aid implementation of solutions that lead to streamlined workflows and cost savings.


  • Preferred qualifications/skills:

An MBA from a reputed institution in Operations/Supply Chain/Analytics.

  • B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics or associated fields is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience of 2-3 years in renewable energy or manufacturing sectors; with deep process understanding of the industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel with experience in working with large volumes of data.
  • Prior working experience in dashboarding, using Power BI or Tableau.
