You will take full ownership of campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram — from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Plan, launch, and scale advanced Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.Conduct deep audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and keyword research to craft high-ROI strategies.Create, test, and iterate ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for maximum conversion.Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to consistently hit KPIs.Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel events, retargeting, and custom audiences.Generate data-driven performance reports and present actionable insights to the leadership team.Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.Requirements5+ Demonstrable results in lead generation, e-commerce sales, or SaaS growth.Deep understanding of ROAS, CPA, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization.Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and tracking integrations.Strong analytical skills — you should be as comfortable reading dashboards as writing ad copy.Ability to work independently, own results, and think strategically.Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
