With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job Description :We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Off Consultant with 10+ years of experience to work on implementation, enhancement, and support projects.Key Responsibilities- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Off - Configure EC core, Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, and Workflows - Configure Time Off (Time Types, Time Profiles, Work Schedules, Holidays, Accruals) - Handle leave policies, eligibility, carry forward, and proration - Support data migration and integrations with Payroll - Participate in UAT, go-live, and production support - Work with HR stakeholders to understand business requirementsMandatory Skills- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - SAP SuccessFactors Time Off - Business Rules & Workflows - Foundation Objects & MDF - Role-Based Permissions (RBP) - Data migration & integrationsGood to Have- Global implementation experience - Time Tracking / Payroll exposure - SAP SuccessFactors certificationImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)Do NOT apply if:- You have less than 10 years or more than 19 years of experience - You do not have hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Off experience - You are on a notice period longer than 30 days - You are looking for remote only. - You are a fresher or unrelated background (e.g., support, testing only, non-Tech roles)✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
