Position: GenAI Creative Engineer Location: Rohini Sector 18, Delhi (On-site only – near Badli Metro Station) Type: Full-time Work Days: 6 days a week Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 / month (depends on skill & portfolio) Benefits: Fun Fridays, 2 paid leaves, performance-based bonus What We’re Looking For 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Communication, Marketing, CS, or related field (portfolio matters more than degree) 🧠 Strong visual taste + storytelling skills (you know what looks premium and what looks mid ) 🎥 Hands-on experience with AI video/image generation tools and workflows 🛠️ Comfortable with fast iteration, prompt testing, and output refinement 📱 Deep understanding of short-form content formats (Reels/Shorts/Ads) ⚡ Ability to convert raw ideas into cinematic, high-retention visual sequences 🗣️ Clear communication — you can explain your creative logic + prompt choices Must-Have Tool Skills ✅ Text-to-Video / Video Gen: Veo 3, Sora 2, Kling, Hunyuan/Hyuloi (and similar) ✅ Image Gen / Style Building: Nano Banana, SeedDream, Imagen/Midjourney/SDXL (or equivalents) ✅ Workflow & Enhancement: Upscaling, frame interpolation, style consistency, prompt-chaining, character/scene continuity ✅ Bonus if you’ve used ComfyUI / custom pipelines / LoRA / control tools (If you know different tools but can prove output quality, we’re still listening.) What You’ll Do 🎬 Create cinematic AI videos and image sequences for multiple e-commerce brands 🧩 Turn scripts/ideas into scene breakdowns + consistent visual narratives ✍️ Write, test, and refine prompts to hit exact style + output requirements 🛠️ Build repeatable GenAI workflows for faster content production 📈 Collaborate with the marketing team to produce viral creatives & performance ads 🔍 Track trends in GenAI tools and recommend new capabilities to improve speed/quality 📂 Maintain a clean prompt library + reusable style systems for each brand About CretikPanda CretikPanda is a fast-growing e-commerce brand house that builds and scales brands from scratch.
