About the role

This role builds and manages FIA's volunteer wing while supporting program operations. Based in Churu, with travel across districts, the Executive creates structured volunteer experiences, ensures alignment with program teams, and amplifies impact on the ground.

Key responsibilities


• Build and manage the volunteer ecosystem to complement program operations.


• Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding and mentorship.


• Design learning-oriented opportunities for volunteers to contribute meaningfully.


• Coordinate between volunteers and program teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Experience in youth engagement, campaigns, or volunteer initiatives.


• Ability to balance operational skills with relationship-building.
