Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personality Development Trainer / Learning & Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on personality development and professional skills enhancement for PGDM students. The trainer will play a pivotal role in equipping students with the necessary skills knowledge and mindset to succeed in their professional careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

Design and develop engaging training modules on personality development communication skills leadership emotional intelligence time management stress management and other relevant soft skills.
Collaborate with academic faculty to integrate personality development training with the overall PGDM curriculum.

Training Delivery:
Conduct interactive training sessions workshops and seminars for PGDM students to enhance their personal and professional skills.
Utilize various training methodologies techniques and tools to deliver effective learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.

Assessment and Feedback:

Develop assessment tools to evaluate students progress and the effectiveness of training programs.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their personal development journey.
Regularly assess the training needs of students and update training content accordingly.

Mentorship and Coaching:

Offer oneonone mentoring and coaching to students to help them overcome personal and professional challenges.
Guide students in setting and achieving their personal development goals.

Continuous Improvement:

stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in personality development and learning & development.
Participate in professional development activities to enhance training skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate. A Masters degree or PGDM is preferred.
Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
Certified in relevant training programs (e.g. NLP Coaching DISC MBTI) is an added advantage.
