Process Optimization: Working to optimize HR processes through RPA, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly employee experience within the systems.Join us on this exciting journey as we transform the HR Systems Employee experience at Schneider ElectricMain responsibilities of RPA Developer Process Analysis : Analyzing and understanding business processes to identify automation opportunities and create efficient RPA solutions that align with organizational goals. Solution Design : Architecting scalable and robust RPA solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while optimizing performance and reliability. Development : Building and maintaining RPA workflows, ensuring they align with evolving HR system needs and employee experience goals. Application Maintenance : Follow application lifecycle management processes and retirement strategies, including data quality and security compliance. Collaboration : Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect community to present automation proposals, and provide regular updates on project progress. Integration : Develop and Manage integration between enterprise applications, such as payroll, time and attendance, and benefits administration. Continuous Improvement : Identifying improvement areas, staying updated on RPA trends, and contributing to RPA practice evolution in the organization.Skills and experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-8 years of hands-on experience in RPA development Proficiency in RPA tools such asUiPath or Blue Prism Experience with programming languages such asPython ,NodeJS , orC# . Knowledge of database management andSQLDesired/Preferred to have. Experience with AI and machine learning integration in RPA Knowledge of industry best practices and Automations in HR technology.
