Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Computer Vision Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer vision, image processing, and machine learning, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying computer vision solutions. As a Computer Vision Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimise computer vision algorithms and systems to solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

- Research, design, and implement computer vision algorithms and models to address specific use cases and requirements.

- Develop image processing pipelines for tasks such as object detection, recognition, tracking, and classification.

- Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to integrate computer vision solutions into existing and new products.

- Optimise algorithms for performance and scalability, considering factors such as speed, accuracy, and memory usage.

- Conduct experiments and evaluations to validate the effectiveness of developed solutions, iterating based on feedback and results.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision research and technologies, and apply them to enhance our products and solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in computer vision, image processing, and machine learning.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB.

- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Solid understanding of fundamental concepts in computer vision, including feature extraction, object detection, segmentation, and tracking.

- Experience with libraries and tools commonly used in computer vision, such as OpenCV.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies for deploying computer vision applications is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
