We are hiring for a steel manufacturing in Hazira, Surat for Blast furnace and Coke Oven for various openings.


Role:

Shift Incharge - Shift Incharge-JNT35 to BF 2 & LDCP 3 - Operation

Shift Incharge - Shift Incharge-JNT35 to Coke Oven - Operation


Experience - B.E/B.TECH - 7-11 Yrs / Diploma - 12-16 Yrs in Mechanical Engineering (Full Time)


Job Purpose:

You should have rich experience in design and engineering in Coke Oven/Batteries

- You should be aware of Project related safety concepts, world class safety norms. Driver and deep respect of Safety

- You should have detailed understanding of project monitoring and reporting activities

- You should have understanding, and appreciation of the challenges faced in planning and executing large complex capital projects.


Roles & Eligilibility:

- Should have an experience in designing and engineering in coke oven plant

- Good communication skills You should have successful track record of delivering results in projects environment.

- Knowledge of Time Concepts, project & Maintenance cost elements. Recovery analysis.

- Should be conversant with contracting strategies (EPC, discrete Turnkey etc.)

- Work as a Driver, leader by attribute for project & Maint. team at site, when situation demands. Understands the Site dynamics, erection sequences for the coke plant projects & Maint. etc.

- Understanding of project Insurances (EAR/Marine, Incoterms, aware of involvement of IT in projects) Project risk management

- Knowledge of Coke Plant Equipment configuration, Layout, process parameters, Flow sheet, By product plant equipment configuration and process flow.

1. Should lead by example, thorough team player and capable of taking challenging targets. Should have strategic outlook so asto devise and execute strategies as per circumstances.

2. Excellent communication skills, to be able to give and receive feedback in time and more importantly act upon it. Should be open to constructive criticism.

3. High on innovative thinking and be able to inspire the team to continuously find new ways of moving ahead based on circumstances.
