Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Functional Analyst.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, usability, and overall user experience of our website meet the highest standards.

This position requires a strong understanding of web technologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate website functionality to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for website enhancements and new features.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of website functionality to ensure it meets business requirements and user expectations.

- Work closely with web developers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure proper implementation.

- Preparing functional flow documents.

- Monitor website performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for further refinement and enhancement.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for website functionality issues, working closely with IT support teams as needed.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in website functionality and user experience design.

- Good experience in working with business product owners and should have excellent stake holder management skills.

- Should have a good experience in JIRA & Scrum management which should include but not limited to managing, updating Proven experience in functional analysis, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.

- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).

- Knowledge on external integration involved in a website would be a plus.

- Knowledge on Umbraco (CMS) would be a good addition.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with website testing tools and methodologies.

- Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.

- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving continuous improvement.
