Shift Timings: Monday to Friday (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST).

HCM – Absence Management Functional

• Good understanding of PeopleSoft Absence Management HCM 9.2 Functionality.

• Should have at least 2 Absence mgmt. implementation experience.

• Minimum 6-8 years experience in configuring and setting up Absence Processes and Time & Labor for Global installation.

• Should know how to configure/modify existing Absence setup comprising of Elements, accumulators, brackets, arrays, variables, etc. for any statutory changes globally.

• Should know how to Identify, Calc, Finalize, Cancel, etc. absence process work.

• Should know Configuration on T&L with country labor Laws/Rules, Workgroup, shift, schedule setups, validation/exception rules, and also the Processes related to absence, reported/Payable time.

• Should know the tracing absence process, using Advanced SQL to pull back-end absence data.

• Should know how Absence Management and Time & labor are tied together. What are the processes involved in integrating them and how it reflect on front-end pages and reports?

• Work with Business to understand the requirement and translate it functionally, prepare test scenarios, and create technical documents for the enhancement.

• Open for Shift work with a highly dedicated attitude

• Ability to work independently and multi-task many issues at once
