GH operates offices in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Dubai.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with brand partners to ensure accurate and comprehensive cataloging on the portal, adhering to predefined product attributes and mapping requirements within the Order Management System (OMS). Take ownership of creating and optimizing category pages, product tagging, and modifying collection banners to enhance user engagement and facilitate product discovery. Proactively identify and address inventory synchronization issues, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent order discrepancies. Provide dedicated support for order fulfillment processes, including coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups, resolving any missed pickups promptly, and facilitating efficient return management procedures. Continuously monitor and evaluate cataloging and fulfillment workflows, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications:Proven 1- 3 Years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. Strong understanding of product attributes, classification, and category management principles. Proficiency in using Order Management Systems (OMS) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento). Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, brand partners, and logistics providers. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
